Government decision
According to the Decree No. 1147 of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 19, 2023, 100% of the shares of JSC International Research and Production Holding Phytochemistry were transferred from K.I. Satbayev KazNRTU to the Science Committee of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education with renaming to JSC “Research and Production Center “Phytochemistry”.
